So you have a WordPress blog, made some updates, but you’re hungry for additional traffic. You put out unique stuff, consistency, I’ll guess.

A lot can be done for increased traffic, however, one of the initial things to do is to refine your search engine blog. You won’t get plenty of traffic, at least not the free kind, if the search engines don’t consider your site. Here are 8 suggestions for optimizing your SEO WordPress page.

Your Main Keyword

If the title is long, make sure the permalink is shortened. For eg, I don’t give a very good permalink, nor does http:// make very great an EXAMPLEURL/what-should-i-have-for-dine-tonight-i-feel-like-past-but-they-a-lot-of-carbs-people-would have-a-salad-which, I acknowledge, is an extreme example. You’re going to get the idea.

ALT Attributes

An alternate text, normally for a picture, will be seen in a tribute. This may be because a picture does not appear, for a text browser or for readers with visual impairment. However, alt attributes will also support you in the ranks of search engines, not only for the image segment.

WordPress dynamically assigns alt attributes to images depending on the name of the file. For example, if a picture is labelled ‘the-stig.jpg,’ the alternative text is ‘the-stig,’ or if it is truthful to say who doesn’t like the stage?

Whenever you add a picture to your blog, make sure to name it for the article or website (a keyword for example).

Connecting
